The weather is absolutely perfect right now. The forecast calls for sunny skies in the mid 70's for the next seven days. I need to finish up the indorr stuff, so I can get cracking on the outdoor renovations. We are in the process of building a deck for the pool, and re-sodding the backyard....which means right now I've got quite the dust bowl back there. The sides of the yard are all rimmed with bricks and mulch and plants....but the inside is nothing but dust and the occasional weed. I can't wait to get that all finished!
I'm not sure if we will do the closets today or not. It's really nice outside and I kinda feel like going somewhere. I do need to get some new curtains/valances for my front rooms, so maybe I will go to Penny's or Sears. Hmmmm.....decisions, decisions....

I need to do soo much outside too. We are letting the Scott lawn people work on our lawn. If they do what they say they do. I should have beautiful green grass. Everything is so darn expensive. Well have a good day.
It's so beautiful here too. Enjoy the weekend and your friend's visit. Is it warm enough to swim yet, or is your pool heated? If you ask me, I say skip the closets---but you probably know that already...
Gawd, YOU frustrate me!!! OK, talk of Florida sunshine frustrates me!!! :-P Between you and my son who has been telling me of the sunshine and 80 degree weather in SF, CA. Yet. I look around and know I wouldn't want to be any where else, sigh, guess I'll stay soaked for now but, darn a vacation sounds wonderful RIGHT NOW! Have a fun weekend and enjoy your visit.

In the 70's? Not fair! It's been in the 80's here. I'd love the slightly cooler weather. My daughter just starts her spring break this week. Heck, if their rooms are clean then you did something productive while they were off. I think that's what we're going to do here too. ~Melissa
I really hope you chose the shopping trip over cleaning the closet. Let us know what you did when you get back. My yard is all weeds too and Ronnie would never sod it. LOL We need a deck for our above ground pool...I'd like him to do that project but he probably won't get to it, so many other things to do.
Ahhh, to work outside seems like a dream to me! I love to garden and get my hands in the dirt (gee, did you guess that?). But, our ground is still frozen with snow on it, so I guess I will be waiting about another month or so. And, I am jealous that you have a pool! Waaahhhhh, I want one too!
