The scoop....

Okay, here's the deal. The police officer just left and said that it was the people's son who did it. They also said he was afraid because if we called the police, they would figure out that there is a warrant out for his arrest. Great. The mom said that the dad was going to come over and talk to dh last night, but they had gotten home late (which was true), and said that they will take care of it. She gave all the information she had, and luckily, the van was registered to them as part of their company. So, I've got all the insurance info., etc. They told the officer that they have tried everything to help the kid, but he's just a bad apple. They don't even have an address for him, as he lives in a neighboring state (look out Karensull....he might be in your neighborhood!) So, I'm glad it's all settled now.

As for my day, well, I've cleaned and journaled....and now I have to sew. I keep thinking of Krispy Kreme's though. I really want one. But I'm too lazy to go get some. I won't get them at the gas station....I prefer them hot off the line at the shop. I really need to think about what to make for dinner. We've had our fill of chicken for a while, so I need to think of something else. Crap. I don't know....what I DO know is that I've got to get my butt in gear....

Don't sound so cheery about that felon maybe hanging out in my state. It wouldn't surprise me, though, we attract every weirdo known to man (and we're home to the woman who tried to buy items at Walmart with a MILLION dollar bill--I'm just SO proud of that!!!) Glad you got things straightened out with the neighbors. You've got quite a group of individuals living around you. Can't wait to see what happens tomorrow (or in a few hours)...

Well, I hope you get your mailbox fixed up soon. The people sounds nice...too bad their son sucks.

Well at least that is taken care of. I could go for a Krispy Kreme too. We are heading out today because the kids got money from their grandparents, so maybe we will head to the new Krispy Kreme place.

Sorry about the Krispy Kreme thing.I don't live near the only one in town so when I'm over on that side of town, you can bet my butt is there.

I guess it does pay to report things once in a while. I'm shocked they found out. Glad that's taken care of.
Mmmmm Krispy Kreme's sound so good but I have to buy them at the gas station if I want them. We're no where close to a shop. Oh well, I can't have em yet anyway.

Glad to hear the blue van, mailbox caper is over with. Good work Agatha! I have a plan, I'm on my way up, get a box or two or Krispy Kreme's. I'm always good for 4 or 5 in one sitting! LOL Enjoy your night...

That is so good about the mailbox. Ugh, warm Krispy Kremes. I went to one with Aaron while we were out one night and felt like I was going to be sick afterwards. I'll just take the cold ones from box. You reminded me that Alanas' school is selling them soon though. Just what I need. ~Melissa
