Guess what? My porch is clean! **sparkle, sparkle** It took a few hours, but dh and I finally finished. It really looks good. It needed that "end-of-summer-done-with-swimming-hurricanes are-finally-gone" final cleaning of the season. Dh even washed the screens....which was a job in itself. All in all, it looks mahhhhhvelous. We, on the other hand, are a bit worse for wear. We got up a little sore from all the work yesterday, and after another day of stretching and lifting, lets just say we will be falling asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows.
Wee one spent the day with her grammy and papa, and Betsy is still at the "Planet Fest". No, it is not a convention for environmental do-gooders....it's the all day concert for Planet Radio. There are bands there that I've never heard of, and ones that I have no desire to hear. Ever. She went with her two best friends and one of the dad's is chaperoning. She should be home around 10:30. She is sick too....congested, throat hurts, sneezing....but I warned her that if she is well enough to go see "Saliva" (one of the bands), she is well enough to endure "Snot" tomorrow at school.
Well, only 7 minutes until Desperate Housewives. I'm looking forward to climbing into my cozy bed and relaxing while watching. I caught the end of the Indianapolis Colts football game today. I can't believe that in the last 4 minutes of the game they lost to the Jacksonville FAGUARS! Oh boy, hang your heads in SHAME men....here's hoping the Bears kick some butt when they come here in December.

**I forgot to mention, the haircut went well, and looks good! I'm not taking a picture now though....trust me, after today you DON"T want to see me! lol....

Can't wait to see your hair AND the newly cleaned porch!!! You are busy bees over that way! I did nothing, absolutely nothing this weekend that involved major cleaning and I don't feel a bit of guilt! Hee-hee!

Now take pics of yoru hard work and yes you have to share your hair LOL Oh yes we need to finish some more cleaning. I mean had we not been hiking we could have gotten it all done. There is nver enough time in the day dang it. Its warmer here than usual but the sun goes down sooner so we are spoofed as to how much time we have. I agreee if they can go out and see aband they can go to school . But tomrrow no doubts you will be the mean momma. O h yes I watched desperate housewives. I have it set to tape with my Bold and the beautiful each day just incase I forget or cant watch it now. Im desperate to behold the beautiful LOL I know that was stupid and corny but its after 11:30 and Im brain freeze worn out. Hubby is snoring > Yes bed sounds good goood night. Lori

I wish I could clean as much as you do, my house would be so happy for that! I love a spotless house but just hate doing it....I do it, but hate it!

My 12 year old son is a huge Colts fan, and I had to hear him screaming and carrying on about the game. I really thought his head was going to explode. I couldn't talk to him for quite some time after it either. Ahhh football. It only adds to the stress of our house, I swear. I keep reminding my husband and son ITS A GAME. Pamela
You sound so busy at the moment. I have just got back after a week and no cleaning has been done at all in my house. Do you fancy popping round to help me ;).
