Random pictures....

I thought I would post some random photos today, as I don't have much to talk about!  We got up late this morning, and instead of doing my usual Friday cleaning (gasp!), we decided to run some errands. We headed out for Wal-Mart, and met my mom and dad there. I had to get new pillows, deodorant, shampoo, windex, and various other sundries. My mother decided to purchase some Pringles for my daughters....in the new "limited time only" ketchup flavor. Now, for those of you who have never had these, please, save your money. O-M-G....they were HORRID!!!! They should call them "Spaghetti-O Chips". That's what they tasted like! Chips dipped in spaghetti-o's. (which, by the way, make me gag!)  I'm still trying to get the taste out of my mouth....

After that we went to Winn-Dixie for some groceries. I don't shop there except for the sales....they had some really good deals on meat today. I got $40 worth of pot roast and chuck steak for $17. Not too bad....gotta love the buy one get two free sales! Of course, now I have to cook some nice dinners....

I got four new pillows for our bed. I'm anxious to try them out. Yes, that is an excuse to take a nap....dh just got home. Now I can take pics of the new truck to post. Tonight we are going to the mall, as Belk is having a big sale and I've got some good coupons. You know, I prefer shopping day to cleaning day!

lol cute pics of you and your girls!
Shopping over cleaning is always a good thing :)
I seen those ketchup pringles last night at the grocery store and passed them by, thank goodness. Spaghetti O's in itself leaves a nasty aftertaste. Your brave! lol

Ahhhh, the days of shopping!  How I miss them!  Don't get me wrong, I still go to Walmart every single week and I still go and do the required grocery shopping but I do miss the "fun" shopping and just looking around for the stuff we need but don't really need.  Like pillows, I can never have enough pillows!  Drives my hubby crazy!  He thinks I am nuts that I have 10 on my bed as it is, but hey, if you read in bed, you have to prop yourself up right?  I guess I have a pillow addiction, like some people do a shoe addiction.  And, to go shopping for clothes?!  Now that would be my personal HEAVEN!  One day, one day I will be able to do that again.
Hugs and love, Lisa
P.S.:  Love the pics of you all around the house!  Very cute dragonfly, although he does look sad in the container.  I am glad "wee one" let him free!

I said "My friend!" She said " i go there eat food?" You look just as young as your daughter....how great is that? Scary racoon I got the chills i hate those things.

Now why are you makin fun of ketchup chips. You just have to have a few more, they grow on you. Maybe it's because you bought them at W-A-L-M-A-R-T! They are probably the Chinese version!

Love the pics! Fascinating to me in England to see a garden with racoons....they only live in Zoos here. Love your fridge. It's one of the things we assume of stereotypical Americans that they have big fridges!! :o)

Shopping to cleaning, anyday!  The only shopping I got done yesterday was at the grocery store and I don't find that fun at all.  Time to hit the mall today!

I love it when you post pics!  Your fridge is so neat and tidy--I wouldn't expect anything less!  LOL!  I'm glad I'm not the only person left in the world who uses the word "dork"!  Love, Kim :o)

Shopping for clothes with teenagers...... It shouldn't be allowed. the government should ban it on health grounds. I nearly have a stroke every trip. I'm glad your daughter appreciates you for it! I'm sure mine doesn't...it's just an exercise in making me know how little I know about her....or anything!
