S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y- NIGHT!

Well, this is what I need to be doing today. I finished the girl's ironing last night, as well as my own....now all I have left is a mountain of shirts and slacks of my hubby's. Crud. I'll feel off all day if I don't finish it. I also never finished my sewing or assignment yesterday. Oh well. It's going to be a beautiful 72 degrees today with sunny skies so I should be out there enjoying things.

My youngest is going for a bike ride with my aunt. They are going to ride from our house to my mom's house....which is about a 6 mile ride. They get to ride over the bridge that goes over the St. John's river. It will be a gorgeous ride....I should go too, but my bike is at my mom's and the tires are low. *Sigh. I'll have to have dh air them up. My oldest is still sleeping and wasn't feeling well yesterday, so I don't know what her plans are. Dh is working till 11:00, so I thought I might go run some errands, maybe stop at the bookstore. Who knows. Really, I feel like being outside today. I could go to the park and just enjoy the water and the gorgeous day. Hmmmm, perhaps I'll do that. Or, maybe dh and I will take the motorcycle out for a quick ride.

I had such strange dreams last night. I dreamt that I had a baby and my dh delivered it. It was a boy and although I was excited, I wished it were a girl. Then I dreamt that we took the boat out and my aunt was going to swim along side, but there were snakes in the water. Then I dreamt that we were on the highway and two busses were on fire and just missed hitting us. What is up with that?

So, I suppose I should get going and do something. My throat hurts. I am drinking my cup of coffee with splenda....oh yum. I also had some roast beef and cheese. Puke. My mother says I have a bad attitude about this diet....ya think?!

Have a lovely, carb free, sugar free day everyone!

Well kiddo, if the diet is getting to you then maybe you should get away from the Ironing and go out and enjoy the day. Call it a "hall pass" for the day hehehe Or a, "get out of jail free" card. Anything to get your mind of that diet!!! Hugs Lanny

I just can't get over that you iron! Ugh! I am The Worst Ironer in The World! I iron wrinkles in! If it can't be steamed out in a hot dryer with a wet wash cloth, it's staying wrinkled, that's my philosophy. You are my hero:)

I think not!! You poor thing! What ever happened to the days of Sherry and Martha's no diet rule?! Did the doc really think you need to take it to the Atkins level? That's severe! I'd have a bad attitude too! I can give up beer, I can give up sugar, I can give up just about anthing but the carbs? ::shudder!::

Ironing? UGH! Wash and where here or iron as you go. Hubbies things go to the cleaners because he likes his shirts so stiff they can stand up on their own. Head outside, I have to say it is a lovely day in Florida!

Man, lack of sugar dreams stink huh?!?! What wild ones you are having!!! The bike ride sounds good though, maybe it will tire you out so you don't even dream! When's the big weigh in date, today? Or is that Sunday? I can't wait to find out how much you have lost!!
Hugs and love, Lisa

You really crack me up with the ironing! Who irons? I take everything to the dry cleaners. And if it's just everyday clothes that get wrinkled, I throw it back in the wash and dry it until the wrinkles come out. What are you people wearing over there in Florida that gets so wrinkly???? I hope you have a good day. It's beautiful here today too--probably 65 degrees and endless sunshine! I really can't picture you on the back of a motorcycle. Hold on tight--OK???

I never substitute sweetner for the real thing. I just try to use as little as possible. I did alright all week long, so I just treated myself to a Milky Way egg. LOL A ride on the bike sounds great. 6 miles? I hope her legs don't fall off! That is a long ride. The most I've done at once is 3.6 miles. You are great, I never iron. ~Melissa

That's a lot of ironing. was ironing like you for a while but then decided just to do it as needed because the kids just wrinkled up there clothes when they try them on and decide not to wear them. It's just wasted work in my house. When did you get on that diet? I must have missed one of your posts? Why not just eat small meals, work out half hour a day. I've only been doing it like five days and I swear I already see a slight difference in my shape.

Nah, your attitude is not bad, it's just not good. Then again I had a loverly time with you at the store and all...you brighten my day even if you are on a stupid diet that I may try. I love you Mom! :o)
