When I took my walk this afternoon, I was sweating when I came in. I just walked outside in my shorts and now I'm freezing! Apparently that cool front came through. I tell ya, Florida has a lot of trouble making up it's mind when it comes to the weather. Of course, after it finally decides to be hot....it sticks with it!
Today has been a relatively quiet day. We started out at church, then headed off to WalMart, being that I forgot paper towels on my last excursion. I can't believe I forgot them. I thought for sure I had some....but no. They are turning our store into a Super WalMart, so I had to walk from one end to the other, in high heels no less, to find the dang things! I did find them though, so please do not worry that my mirrors won't have their trademark shine tomorrow, after I windex. We went home after that and I took off to walk whilst the girls picked up the house and JB worked outside. Since then I've helped JB with his homework and the girls have both left. Betsy to the mall and wee one to church with her friend. My mom came over to visit for a bit....which was nice. I can't believe it's after 7 already.
We have one more guy coming to give us an estimate on the air conditioning unit....and then we make our decision. I think we already know who we are going with....but I already had this guy scheduled to come out. Thank goodness it's supposed to be in the 70's all week! I wonder how long it will take to schedule this. Not as long as it will take to drain my savings! LOL.
Okay, I'm out of here for now. I think I'll spend a leisurely evening in my room, relaxing and watching tv. I hope everyone has had a lovely weekend!

WHAT??? We have a cold front coming?! I didn't even know. I just packed up all the jackets and sweaters today. I hope the morning won't be too cool. Should be great during the days for our walks anyway :-)
Our temps are supposed to be in the 70s all week, too. I think our high today was only 61, but it was sunny and so gorgeous. I guess it's a good thing it is a little cool there since your ac went out. Hope you got that relaxation time. Have a great week!

i live in indiana our state has a hard time making up its mind also cold then warm...but not as warm as 70 lucky!

ah wish we could get even sixites they say this week yeah right without a dnag north wind?????????? that wind no matter what the temp sucks it out of it. yeah I hit lowes whch cuased an entire day of CIELING PAINTING!!!!!!!!!! YUP wait till you see this one!!!!!!!!! notyour whte cieling at all . I got to hit walmart today ugh!!!!!!!!!!
Here in Connecticut the weather is just as screwed up. One day it's in the 60's, the next it's in the 30's. Poor plants and flowers don't know what to do with themselves!! At least you were able to get your walk in! WOO-HOO! I go to Costco for my papertowels, they last a bit longer that way. Have a great day!

All the walmarts in our area have been turned into Super Walmarts. Not sure if I like that. We're pretty sure our air conditioning unit has seen it's last leg. We don't think it will last all summer. It is over 30 years old. I guess it's due for retirment. Have a good one.

It was cool over here too and very cloudy as well. I also had to drudge through Walmart. Speaking of money I know I spent way too much doing the "bunny" shopping. I think maybe I should just sell an arm to Walmart. Hope ya get the best deal possible on the a/c. We finally found a church close by that we like. Yay!! Hugs,
