I feel better this morning, but oh man, I thought for sure we were all getting the stomach flu. I think maybe the stress is catching up to me. I am stressed about the following things: my dsl is in the middle of being switched over, so all I have is this CRAPPY dial up that I can not count on so I haven't visited any other journals because I can't get a page to pull up for at least 15 minutes at a time....because of the dsl thing, dh is having trouble accessing his homework and assignments in his new class and is mad....which of course means I get the brunt of his frustration....I have been snapping and yelling at him so much lately (didn't realize it) that wee one asked if we were getting divorced....which made me feel terrible and I did tell her everything was fine, and it is, but you know how those bad days go....I have tons of sewing to do but between having to help everyone else do things that they should be able to do on their own and my usual work load I can't get it done....I am not doing well on my diet, not bad but not good....I made my online house payment but I don't know if it went through with this freaking dial up and I can't do anything about it with the holiday....oh, there is plenty more where that came from but you don't want to hear about it....
Anyhoo, Betsy decided to color her hair last night. Actually, I did it, and according to the box she should have a lovely "Lindsay Lohan" red. However, she has more of a "ripe plum" purpley hue. Thank goodness I bought the "washes out in 28 shampoos" kind. Although, she is THRILLED with the results and wants to keep the color....sheesh! Actually, I would never tell her this, but it looks rather nice. After about a week of washing it will tone down enough to be cute. Her father just looked at her after we did it....and is eyes got rather large....then he just kind of shook his head and walked away. Wee one on the other hand was much more articulate...."BETSY! WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR HAIR????" LOL....
Okay, I'm off to do who knows what. I have been reading my alerts, but haven't been commenting....and for that I'm sorry. Feel free not to comment on mine as payback....lol....not that there is anything here to comment on!

lol I was made fun of at work because I'm hooked on DH. But hey! I missed it too because we went shopping for varnish stripper, sand paper, and accessories to redo the dinning table. ugh... another project for me to do. No wonder houswives get desperate. :)

EGAD! A Calgon day for sure, girl! Uuummm. I totally missed DH too, what is wrong with me?? Can't figure out what is the hardest part about your day. . . Seems like you endured a toughie. Best to ya, and it will get better, just overwhelming isn't it?! Hopefully your dsl will be back soon, hubby will be happy, as will you, no impending divorce, the pymnt will be made, dd hair will tone down, and they will repeat DH this weekend :/ ?? My Melissa had been bugging me to do her hair, she wanted highlights in it...I finally gave in and let her do the highlights with the home kit...after she was done she wasn't happy with it at all, but I knew this would happen...and I told her too..but I guess they have to learn for themselves...good thing I had a dark brown hair dye in the house and so she put that on her hair...she looks best without highlights...I hope you feel better!!!
I'm not sure how you could get the winter blues/blahs in Florida, but anything is possible! I certainly have been plagued with dull, dreary, foggy, depressed days here. I need to snap out of it. Anyhoo, I hope the sun peeks out on your day, and that you are filled with the joy and love that you are surrounded with in your family.

hope u feel better and that you get the DSL back on soon!! I'm so glad I am not the only one in the world who snaps -- I went nuts and a wee bit bolistic Sunday when my hubby tried to sneak back to bed the day after our business party (that took all weekend to get ready for) and watch football after our morning coffee together--which was actually early afternoon.... I had three weeks of unopened mail I needed help with! How dare he take a break from the workload around here!! LOL!! AND we had 7 kids sleep overnight this weekend!! Yes, I am a sucker for punishment. I made him get up and he did help with the dishes but I was so upset none of the mail got opened. : (

lol @ Betsy hair, I bet it looks good though. I remember the first time Natalie dyed her hair, deep down I had to admit it was ok. OH man it was good. Next week will be better even. you can watch it sat night at 10 on the same channel so you will be caught up by Sunday. bree shot the pharmacit int he toe on pourpose!!!!!!! and now carlos switched his wifes pills and he is trying ot get her pc and we heard alot more about why teh pumber is in town his past love and her dad is dying. Then next week guess who finds out that story of deana or waht ever her name is that was killed and why the boy is nuts. Hate it when you get crabby I been that way too but 2 daus out of 30 as the only sun we had I think is why. Lori

I've never watched this show but I'm going to start taping it, it must be really good. try not to snoop it will drive you crazy. youll feel better soon. I know all about red hair dye. I've used everyone on the shelf. it will calm down in a few washings red fades the fasteset of any other color. hope you feel better and you will as soon as you catch up and get computer fixed

I had a purplish color in the last dye I used. So i went back to the regular color I use. But what's messed up is ..BETSYS NATURAL COLOR IS GORGEOUSSSSSSSSSS, WHY WOULD SHE MESS WITH PERFECTION? lol I KNOW YOUNG GIRLS LIKE CHANGE. HELL OLD GIRLS LIKE CHANGE. LOL I hope you feel better really really soon. I Have a terrible cold if it's any consolation. It wasn't a rerun, it was more of a filler and it was boring i thought.

I had the same problems paying my bills online with the dial-up. Twice it would act like it was going thru then the page wouldn't open right. It's stressful that's for sure. I hope they get it working for you soon. ~Melissa

Teri confessed to Eddy that she is the one that caused her house to burn down! In return Eddy has decided she will not turn her in to the cops because it will cause a huge investigation and just delay the process of her getting a check BUT she dangles the fact that Teri owes Eddy every chance she gets. (Eddy also threw the ashes of neighbor Huber (spelling) all over Teri at confession after guilting her to go help her toss the ashes on the lake.
Lynette is same ol Lynette. Her boys are rowdy and she decided to have the Tuesday poker game at her house and gave the boys gum to keep them quiet. However, when she checked on the boys after the friends went home, the older boys put gum in the younger boy's hair. She shaved his head. - Then, Lynette was late to yoga class and only because the receptionist thought that Lynette's son had cancer did she allow her to go in class and find room for the boys in the play room. - Lynette allowed everyone at her gym to think her son had cancer until a woman that had survived cancer asked to hug her son and she told the son that he was going to make it. . .the son asked Lynette if he was dying in front of everyone and she said, No - we just shaved your head to get all the gum out. . . she's now not going to the gym any longer.

Okay - Desperate Housewives. . . . I'll try and catch you up because I understand how much you love and enjoy it.
Okay - Bree was seeing the pharmacist and he has been giving her orchids, well one day they went on a picnic and she had told him that she liked to shoot guns and he gave her a _______(I don't remember the name) but it is a really special gun that is old and the handle is mother of pearl. Anyway - she took him out to teach him how to shoot and in the middle of the lesson with cans along fence posts, she was behind him showing him how to hold the gun, etc and he leaned over and tried to kiss her while she was helping him squeeze the trigger and he shot himself. . . yikes. . and then she had to tell him that she didn't feel "that" way about him. He went to her house afterwards to try to convince her to just be friends and she politely said no, that it was for the best. He wasn't happy.
Gabrielle is working constantly to provide for her, her husband, and their lifestyles. Her husband is at home with a nifty little ankle bracelet that doesn't allow him 100 feet from his home and will probably be going to prison soon.

lol I'm sure Betsy's hair looks fine. I remember when I was in Beauty School, eons ago....I colored my hair this cherry plum color. I was dating Ben and he had a hard time looking at me,lol Now I stick to the reasonable shades when I do altho there are times I would love to shock him, hehe!
